Request a wholesale quote
This is where an inquiry becomes a priced one. Add the models you want from the catalog with Add to Quote, then send the whole list as a single request. If the list below is empty, browse the range first and come back. Nothing here is priced publicly, because the price moves with quantity, finish, packaging and destination market, and a public number would be wrong for almost everyone reading it.
What to send with the list
- Who you are and where you sell. Retail shelf, online store, distributor territory or your own brand. Each one gets a different shape of quote.
- Roughly how many of each model you are planning, even as a band. That is what lets us quote instead of estimate.
- Destination market, so the electrical build and plug type are declared correctly in the first reply rather than corrected in the third.
- Packaging route. Plain master carton, or your own retail box printed to your artwork.
- Any date you are working to — an on-shelf date, an event, a trade show. We work the schedule backwards from it.
What comes back
A written quote against your list, not a catalog. It states the price per model at the quantity you named, the packaging option it is costed against, the electrical build for your market, the freight basis, the sampling route and the lead-time band. Every lighting line on that sheet is made on our own two lines in Foshan, so the build detail behind each price comes off our own floor rather than from a third party. A person answers, not an autoresponder, and if a line needs an answer off the production floor first we say so in the reply instead of going quiet.
Before you send it: the questions buyers ask first
What does the quote actually include?
Price per model at your quantity, the packaging option it assumes, the electrical build and plug type for your destination market, the freight basis your forwarder prefers, the sampling route and a lead-time band. Anything customized is quoted per project rather than read off a rate card, because a printed sleeve and a rigid box with a die-cut insert are not the same job.
What information do you need from me?
The models and finishes you want, roughly how many of each, where they are going, whether the goods travel in a plain carton or in your printed box, and your channel. That is enough for a real quote. If something is genuinely undecided, say so and we will quote the options side by side rather than waiting for you to choose blind.
How do samples work?
Samples come before bulk, always. You confirm the model and the finish, we send a sample for you to sign off, and the production run is built against the version you approved rather than against a photo. The sample fee is refundable against the order that follows.
How is the minimum order decided?
Per model, and per customization route. A stock finish, a new colorway and a run that needs tooling do not carry the same minimum, so a single figure printed across the catalog would be fiction. One purchase order can also mix finishes across the same body, which usually gets a buyer to a workable minimum faster than going one finish deep. Yours comes back in writing on the quote.
