Every lamp we ship is assembled and checked here, and the same line and the same checks are the standard the whole ambient range is built to. We’ll walk you down it the way an order travels — from raw glass, steel and wood to a finished, branded carton — following the flameless candle warmer that proved the standard.

It starts as glass, steel and wood.
The journey begins at goods-in. Glass shades, powder-coated steel and solid-wood bases — the candle warmer’s real materials — are staged and checked before a single unit is built. The same material discipline underpins the housings and warm optics across the range.
Stage 02 / 04
Assembled by people who know the product.
Sub-assembly and assembly run on two production lines, worked by a 40-strong crew. The same hands that build our retail bestsellers build partner OEM and ODM orders, to the same workmanship — so the floor that delivers your whole range is the floor that proved itself on the warmer.
Stage 03 · Tested, Every Run
Nothing leaves the line untested.
Powered on, one run at a time. This is the inspection bench — finished lamps pulled from the line, switched on and watched under test before anyone signs the run off.
The same hands, every run. The crew that built the lamp checks it, on our floor, on every single production run — not a separate sub-contractor, not a spot-check when it’s convenient.

Stage 04 / 04
Finished, branded, boxed for your shelf.
Finishing and a final QC sign-off, then your logo and packaging go on — retail-ready or bulk-packed and loaded to your forwarder. Factory-direct, with no trading-company fog between your order and the floor that made it.

On this floor, every production run is sampled and inspected to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (MIL-STD-105E), held at a strict 0.65 AQL on major defects — the inspection discipline serious retail importers ask for by name, written into how the line runs rather than promised after the fact.

Zero-tolerance where it counts
Critical safety defects sit at a zero-tolerance bar, and no run clears the floor until power, high-voltage (hi-pot) and light-up testing have been done on it — the electrical checks happen at the bench, not on paper.

Drop, function and aging checks are folded into the same inspection, and the full report for your specific batch reaches you before the cartons leave our dock. Want a second set of eyes? Independent SGS / BV inspection is available on request.

Compliance: scoping the LED lighting certifications your market asks for
US buyers usually open the compliance conversation before the price conversation, so we scope it at quote stage rather than after the PO is cut. Tell us the destination market and the channel and we map which LED lighting certifications and test reports your program actually needs — what a retailer’s vendor pack asks for differs by product family, by voltage and by whether the item ships to a store shelf, a marketplace listing or a corporate account.
What we can put on the table today: the product test reports already on file for the build, the batch inspection report for your specific run before the cartons leave our dock, and an independent SGS or BV pre-shipment inspection on request. Where a mark has to be obtained for your program specifically, we quote the testing route with you instead of implying it is already in the box — which is the honest version of this answer, and the one that survives a compliance review.

- Recycled content. The candle warmer lamp build carries RCS-certified recycled materials and sits in Amazon’s Climate Pledge Friendly program — both are program records you can check rather than claims we make about ourselves.
- Materials, not mouldings. Glass shades, powder-coated steel and solid-wood bases are the reason buyers file these as sustainable light fixtures in the first place: the parts that wear are serviceable, and the GU10 bulb is a user-replaceable component rather than a sealed unit, so one failure does not scrap a lamp.
