The Sample Policy, Stated Plainly

Two things we’ll put in writing.

Most suppliers keep sampling vague until you’re deep in a chat thread. Here are the two facts we’re happy to commit to up front. Everything that depends on your specific order — we scope with you, openly, in the quote.

Sampling, on a real line

We turn samples in 15 days — the actual build that ships, off the same line as the retail bestsellers we build, not a hand-made one-off. You approve the real thing.

Refundable

Sample fee comes back to you

The sample fee is refundable on your order — credited when you proceed. De-risking your decision effectively costs nothing once the production order is placed.

From Inquiry To Loading Dock

A clear path, and a real person on the other end.

Four steps, no black box. We reply within 24 business hours, and the sample fee is refundable on your order.

1

Inquiry & Specs

Tell us finishes, branding and your target market. We reply within 24 business hours.

2

Samples & Approval

Samples in 15 days, the fee refundable on your order — so you approve the real build.

3

Branding & Production

Your logo, packaging and finish run on the same line — and the same checks — as the retail bestsellers we build.

4

Packing & Shipping

Your retail box or neutral carton, packed to your market, inspected, labelled and handed to your forwarder.

The Commercial Terms

Order terms are scoped to your project — not printed on a page.

Minimums, lead times, payment terms, shipping basis and after-sales cover all depend on your finish mix, packaging, destination and volume. We don’t quote a generic number that won’t hold for your order — we scope the real terms with you when you inquire, and put them in your quote in writing. The two things that don’t move are the ones above: 15-day sampling, and a sample fee that’s refundable on your order.

Full product test reports are available on request. Tell us your market and volume and we’ll come back with terms scoped to your project.

*Best-selling candle warmer lamp on Amazon, by Best Sellers rank. Recognitions referenced are current Amazon-verified programs; full product test reports are available on request. Our candle warmer lamp is the retail-proven flagship; the same private-label program — finish, branding and packaging — extends across our full ambiance lighting range.

Does the 15-day sampling apply to every line, not just the candle warmer?

Yes, and it works the same way on all of them. The candle warmer lamp is sampled on our own Foshan line, so what arrives is a real production-line unit in the finish, base and gift box you specified, made by the people who would run your order. The other lines — sunset and galaxy projectors, smart LED light strips, solar flood lights, custom neon and decorative table lamps — are sampled on the same floor, and every sample is checked in against your brief before it goes out to you.

What that means in practice is one process, one contact and one approval step whichever line you start with. Send the artwork or the spec, hold the sample in your hands, and the approved sample becomes the physical reference the production run is checked against rather than a photograph in an email. Sample fees are credited back against your production order on every line in the range.
